What can the free plan do?
A new account receives welcome credits, enough to try the studio image models. Video and higher resolutions need paid credits. Failed tasks cost nothing.
What’s the difference between Pro and Ultra?
Every plan charges by the same rules, with no plan discount. Pro includes 1,500 credits a month, and Ultra includes 5,000.
How are credits charged?
Each model has one base price, and every other setting is a fixed multiple of it. Images: the base is one 1K image, 2K is ×2 and 4K is ×4, times the image count. Video: the base is one second at 720p, 480p is ×0.5, 1080p is ×2 and 4K is ×4, times the seconds. The submit button shows the cost. PDF, compression, format conversion, and local cutout in the browser cost nothing.
Can I have more than one subscription?
No. One subscription is active at a time. To switch plans, cancel the current one on the pricing page, or subscribe again after the period ends.
Does a subscription renew?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew at the end of the period until you cancel on the pricing page. After you cancel, the period you already paid for stays available.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits are granted each month and expire at the end of that month. They do not roll over. A yearly plan is granted and cleared monthly too.
Are there hidden fees?
No platform hidden fees. Taxes or payment-processor fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
What is your refund policy?
Eligible orders can be refunded. See the refund policy.
Which payment methods are supported?
Cards and wallets are collected by Waffo Pancake. PayPal is a separate checkout. A subscription renews each period until you cancel it on the pricing page. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Are files secure?
Files are transferred over SSL and cleaned up according to the processing and retention policy.
Can I get an invoice?
