Digital delivery
Toty provides online generation and editing. There is no physical shipment. After a generation succeeds, the result appears in the current session and your library, and you can download it in the browser.
When credits arrive
New accounts can use welcome credits. Credits from a paid plan are added only after the payment provider confirms the charge. While checkout is closed, the pricing page does not charge you and does not mark a monthly or yearly plan as purchased.
Refunds
After checkout opens, unused paid credits can be refunded if you email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Credits already used for a successful generation, welcome credits, and balances removed for a terms violation are outside the refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method on the provider's timeline.
